Natural sleep on a camel hair pillow
Our camel hair pillow invites you to enjoy an extraordinary sleeping experience. The fineness of the materials makes it particularly soft and supple—while also ensuring a pleasantly dry sleeping environment.
Temperature regulating
High moisture absorption
The camel hair pillow is available in sizes 40×80 cm and 80×80 cm.
The cover fabric is cotton percale (100% cotton) quilted onto camel hair (97% camel hair, 3% other fibers). The separate inner pillow with zipper is filled with wool balls (97% wool, 3% other fibers) and can therefore be easily fluffed up.
The camel hair pillow can be washed at up to 40°C using wool detergent on a special gentle cycle.
A camel loses 3-4 kilograms of its soft downy hair each year.
Camels live in extreme temperatures. That is why camel hair regulates temperature.
Camel hair wool is particularly supple due to its exceptional fineness.
The desert animal regularly loses its fine downy hair, which is collected and processed. Camel hair warms and cools the animals in extreme temperatures between 0 and 40 degrees Celsius. This is a regulating advantage that we also benefit from at night—in summer and winter. Camel hair wool is particularly suitable for people who sleep in varying temperatures.
